Simplifying the business communications maze
Open Sauce Systems was formed in 2009 after the owners of two previous businesses with similar aims decided to merge their skills and experience to form a new, more focussed enterprise.
This reincarnation has allowed Open Sauce Systems to move away from the domestic IT support arena, which is well catered for by numerous sole traders, and provide a specialised service to the business community. As we come out of the recession, businesses need to focus their energy on selling their products and services while leaving the background infrastructure to a specialist organisation.
Save costs on calls to mobiles.
A client had previously negotiated a significant amount of free (paid for) minutes with its mobile telephone services provider. Open Sauce Systems examined the call logging records and demonstrated that headquarters staff tended to make calls to field staff using landline. Thus these free minutes were going to waste and they were being billed by their telecoms provider.
John Hannam – Showbiz journalist and broadcaster
After resisting for many years to move into the 21st Century, I finally was persuaded by Open Sauce Systems to let them design me my very first website. I had never been convinced but I am now. It has already paid dividends and their service, patience and ideas have worked wonders.
